Today I hope eat much better then yesterday. I am going to gym for Zumba woth Emily. That will burn a lot of calories. but then Juia comes home late today so I have all afternoon. I will try not to snack all day.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
