Sounds like we're tuned about the same. The recommended protein level knocks me right out of ketosis, so I dialed it back to 60-80g. After macros are set, be sure to take care of micros. Looking at your food log, you might want some almond milk for calcium occasionally, and 0.5-1.0g potassium citrate dissolved in tea/water (ebay) for kidney stones and leg cramps. The cramps started around the 2nd month for me, and it was a rough week waiting for the stuff to arrive. After 5 months in deep keto, I don't seem to need it for cramps anymore, but there was a time when it was essential.

I actually supplement potassium and am taking my vitamins daily. I have almond milk just forget about it a lot of times lol. I have found that the lower amounts of protein make me actually feel better.
