Had to go to a tasting for the food of Jen & Aaron's wedding. With that said yesterday was pure glutony. Lot's of cheeses, hummus, bread, & many other foods to taste. I put down tons of chicken wings as food eaten yesterday. It probably equeal caloric & fat wise what we ate & Cafe Merlot. Arm is also injured so swimming hasn't happened in almost a week. Will try again today.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
