Lowest weight I've been in a long while. Weighed in after eating breakfast an d 4.3mile track run so this is a weight that will fluctuate up a bit when I rehydrate
216.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
