Heading into Phase III of the Fat Smasher Diet. Sweets are added, although, I really don't crave deserts. Portions are a bit larger for proteins, but I don't see how I can eat much more. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetable seems quite agreeable. I need to watch the coffee as it tends to increase my appetite.
