41.6% BF I think the muscle is starting to show in the scale!
180.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1912 kcal Fat: 80.11g | Prot: 111.24g | Carb: 184.18g.   Breakfast: Kraft American Cheese Slice, Egg, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: President Brie, Apples , Gluten Free Bread, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner: White Rice, Chipotle Mexican Grill Corn Salsa, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies (34g), Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice. more...
