Good morning. I feel great this morning. The dogs let me sleep in. Oh what a wonderful feeling. The sun is shining again and thing went well yesterday. I went to the Anniversary party and it was fine. Could not wait to get home though. I am such a homebody. Finally got my salad I have been craving. MMMMMM good. The munchies are gone for now. Sometimes I think I sabotage myself. It is sometimes easier to go back to old habits because it is comfortable. But I cannot allow myself to go there.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Look at that wonderful chart, steadily declining!!! Yes, work to avoid those old habits. You are making such wonderful progress ... before you know it all your clothes will be too big!!!
