Lots of yard work over the past week or so. Using high speed blender for green smoothies with lots of fresh green leafy veg combined with banana, apples, pears and stevia for sweetener in various combinations.
Had to begin to add when protien and a couple of days of bulky cooked food due to rapid weight loss and some muscle pain in my upper right frontal quad.
Will go back to smoothies and lighter work regiment begining on Monday.
Had dropped to 215 but put back on a temp 3 lbs to 218 due to muscle pain in upper right leg.
