fat 41.8% yesterday also same weigh in. not really progressing with the job search... so what did I do yesterday morning? had 4 pastizzi and coffee for Breakfast, lunch was white sliced bread with hummus and mortadella and dinner was a side of courgette followed by Victoria sponge cake (3 slices) which I bought from Deguara. did it get me a job? NO. but I needed the fix somehow. Am trying to see what I can do to get some income..... upside is that I seem to have gone down 2 kilos, now to go down 2 more.
yesterday gave a fresh look to the porch window boxes. it rained and rained. hardly exercised this week, no swim, no walk, but I did go to the malls and walked around about there.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
