Not really seeing any changes lately... I'm in a big calorie deficit, but weight loss is not happening... maybe my body is adapted to a low calorie diet?
223.5 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 March 2014:
1756 kcal Fat: 92.52g | Prot: 126.03g | Carb: 113.17g.   Breakfast: Tillamook Monterey Jack Cheese, Frozen Cherries, Egg. Lunch: Avocados, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Dinner: White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Clementines, Frozen Cherries. Snacks/Other: Flax Seeds, Oatmeal, Baby Carrots, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Cookies & Cream, Whole Milk, Whole Milk, Tillamook Monterey Jack Cheese, Skippy Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Tortilla Corn Chips. more...

It's going slow, but it's going. If you looked at it on a weekly bases, it would look like you are losing every week. The scale fluctuates constantly. Just keep at it. Drink your water. Be active! Watch your sodium intake. Track your food honestly. Watch those bites, licks and tastes (they add up).
