A cheering 3 lb drop this week, as a reward for being very, very good. "At that rate," says the FS weigh-in, "it will take you about 4 WEEKS to get to your goal weight." Talk about throwing down the gauntlet! It's almost exactly 4 weeks to D-Day (my 1st year FS anniversary). Despite the possible risk of falling at the last hurdle, on this final home straight, I'm sorely tempted to rise to the challenge...
178.4 lb Lost so far: 90.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
