so couldnt help myself this morning i just had to weigh in.....pleased with the result although not that suprised
IM body function warning......
i had several more trips to the bathroom than normal yesterday and think that the extra weight came from the amuont of red meat sitting in my system a whole 1.4 kg of it gone!!!! Ok so some of it was proberly fluid retention but hopefully it will continue to come off then i will check the BF% next week.
My goal weight is so close i can almost taste it!!!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 65.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i know it just seems to be so elusive at the moment. i get so close but no cigar.....maybe its self sabotage i know that at goal i will actually have to start thinking about toning this body and that involves much more hard work and getting up off my not so fat lazy butt. New mantra I CAN do this, I WILL do this
