Wowzers! I weighed myself this morning. TBH, I actually don't think or feel the devastation of that weight gain. Anyway, I completed my first challenge- 16:8 fast. I'm stuck in meetings till 2:30pm. I'll break my fast at 1:30pm with coffee, collagen and Almond milk! Yummy. For lunch I will have beef broth, konjac noodles and a boiled egg. Dinner will be a frozen dinner + veggies.
