Probably a little dehydrated this morning, was up late last night contemplating the fate of our decrepit home. Got up late this morning, will have to work in Back & Biceps after work, no biggie.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
