fat 40.3% did spinning yesterday + swam six lengths from independence garden to exiles. Clara came back from Cagliari and got some goodies hard to resist. I enjoyed them well.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
