Successful Protein Day yesterday. Excited to get back on WL menu and eat some more food today. Work is stressful. Trying to manage the stress is the hardest part for me. It is easy to just eat when I am stressed because I am focused on other things. I need to find other ways to handle the stress to keep the weight off long term.
