I seem to be consistently losing 1.5 lbs a week, which is a drop from my earlier 2.0 lbs. It is disappointing to see the loss number go down, but I can now wear clothes that have been hanging my closet since 2006. I really shouldn't complain.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It''s normal as you get closer to goal. As long as the scale goes down, that is all that matter. Each pound gets us closer to goal.
