Dont get it - absolutely no weight loss today?
I am not sure what is going on - I refocused yesterday making sure I stuck to the recommended doses and foods and as you can see from my diary I stuck to my calorie intake and I did great in exercise
while I am trying not to be upset - trying to stick to the plan - it is hard
some good news however, I did loose 2.5 inches off my body - I feel good and am sleeping really well so there are positives today
142.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

There is nothing wrong. You are doing just fine. You are down like 6 pounds in a week. We usually lose the water weight the first week and then the scale levels off to a pound or so a week after that. It might be more or it might be less. Some weeks we overeat and lose, some weeks we under eat and gain. No one loses every day (unless they are super lucky.) the less you have to lose, the slower it usually comes off. So you are way ahead of the game You are doing amazing. Just keep going. Many of us can barely eek out a half a pound a week.

thanks Suzi161 - I'm frustrated cause the hcg diet I'm on I should loose .5-1lb a day. its ok - its just the way it is - hopefully over the next few days I will loose more - I am thrilled that I have lost so much already - but its early days yet and I have a long way to go - I'll keep working at it cause I really need to get this weight off and keep it off - thanks again for being so kind to post - I really appreciate it
