sticking with it but must do better. Had a stressful afternoon evening which did not help so my exercise plan was thrown out the window :( Always something!
I know life isnt easy and I can come up with lots of excuses but sometimes life throws me a curve ball that I just cant catch and quite frankly it seems to happen so much that it is getting tiresome.
I just want an easier life - maybe today!

hmmmm the last few months have been so crazy and I guess my eating has matched it
Yes another excuse, always excuses! I am sick of my own excuses.
I dont even want to get on the scale right now but I am going back to my hcg diet which proved so successful. I cannot believe I allowed my very stressful life to get in my way AGAIN.
I feel sad but I really need to fight for me again
School vacation is here and hopefully I can slow down and work on me again

Another lb down. Ya. Slow and steady loss but a loss is a loss and I'm feeling better all the time.

woke early today - was so tired last night
Feel good now I have had a coffee and egg.
tummy not bloated so what I am eating right now is agreeing with me
still not drinking enough - will try to focus more on that today
another day! looking forward to tomorrow for weigh in - will be interesting to see what the scale says
