fat 41.9%. went swimming yesterday albeit late around 545pm but enjoyed it. went all around the swimzone of ta xbiex. the water was warm and pleasant. before that though had painful stomach cramps taking Adrian to tarxien to order his pc. it was on the way back that the pains started. I sat on the toilet when I got home and it was like a cleanse! could it have been the Friday lunch.... but this was 4 hours later. will observe what happens next week😊
