Stressing day and ate too many biscuits! aaaaargh!the extra calorie burn from doing 50 burpees and 30 min treadmill half asleep(my new workout, eyes closed and walking at fast pace at 9:00pm! ) is just to burn this off!
130.3 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We are on Atkins. Almond Flour Biscuits (http://www.elanaspantry.com/biscuits/). They are easy to make. I grind my own flour from Almonds, because store bought is expensive, but if you have the flour ready, you can make them in 5 minutes. I made 8 drop biscuits. Did not roll them out, but did use parchment paper to bake on. Also, I substituted olive oil for the coconut. Husband loved them. My oven only took 10 minutes to bake, but yours may take longer.

Stress is hard to compete with. Next time you are really stressed, try sitting quietly on the couch or bed, close your eyes and just breathe. Now go make the biscuits. Let me know if you eat less. Take stress out of the picture.

AAAAH, gotta love all those nasty carbs in biscuits. I'm going to try the almond biscuits too. Cheers.
