Well just got back from Curve's and it is raining out but it is better t6han snow. I got on my scale and I am at 410 which means I lost another 5.2 lbs. I am so happy. I feel so much better, I have energy and I just want to keep going so we will see if I make my goal of being at or under 400 lbs for my 46 th birthday. God I so hope so. I am just so tired of not having an active life. well I went over on my calories but I spent about 5 1/2 hours walking back and forth in my kitchen because we were packaging the beef that we got. Boy am I tired and sore. Thank God it is done.
410.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 185.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
