Okay so back up again and I am determined to get down and stay down. I know how this happened. Orange juice! Oh yeah I drank two 8.0z glasses last night and there you go. So by tomorrow I will be down to 159. or else. Well I don't kknow what the else is but I will do this. Hope you are all doing well.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
