BOOM! Result! Super excited because my new walking shoes and socks are being delivered today :D
274.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

40+ lbs gone!! Well done!! You can use the new shoes to happy dance all the way on your walk. :0)

I've tried them out and the difference between my old running shoes and the new ones is gastronomical, they've got these rubber moulds at the balls and heels of them so no blisters for me any more! :D And yes Crystalwitch, I didn't notice until after I posted the journal, Over 40lbs gone!! I feel it too, I feel lighter than air today :D
