Well, so far, scale-wise, this is my least favorite week since I started here. I hope this has something to do with the arm firming exercises I tried out this week.

Otherwise, I feel great! Although I can't say that it was a perfect week, I think I did pretty good with sticking with my diet and exercise plan. My weigh in result this week definitely reminded me of my mantra: "every choice counts!". Let's keep pushing FS buddies! =)
151.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
