I gave myself a little room on my diet this weekend with some popcorn, a glass of red wine on Saturday, and a little soup & bread at souplantation on Sunday. Finished with a good swim though. Ready to get off to a great start tomorrow with a protein day. The weight is still climbing down. I feel great!!
