So i'm back at it. Been a miserable year so far with a little bit of depression eating I suppose. I kept saying I was going to refocus as I know I can but just haven't had a motivation factor to do so and have had set backs including breaking my hand so I lost ski time and was just sitting around eating. So i'm setting a couple goals here and now.

Goal 1 <200 by My first daughters birth (Date ~ May 5)
Goal 2 <175 (my wedding weight) by my daughters first birthday
Goal 3 <150 Final Goal Weight by her second birthday.

I think the first goal is a little aggressive but doable. Where as the other goals are 100% on me if I don't get there.
231.6 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

One day at a time. According to your "scale" (email sig?) You've reached your first goal!! Congrats! you are an inspiration. I'm back at it too, with new inspiration. My goal is pretty aggressive too. (I need to get one of those snazzy scale email sigs... STAY FOCUSED!
