I've been trying to keep my weight loss to 1 to 2 lbs per week but I have been hiking. I hiked a total of 50 miles this week! I will have to up the ante on my calorie intake. While I'm happy I lost 5 lbs, I'm thinking it might be too much for one week.

Increasing calorie intake.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
