Digestive issues can play a huge role as we get older. Saw your comment on my journal. Oh my, I am so close to Peoria & 99th, off 107th & Sun City Blvd., from November thru March in Sun City.We've been doing that for about 16 years. The rest of the year, I'm in Oregon. Dang, you arrive after we leave. Maybe another time we could cross paths and say hi in person. Your determination inspires me! 

Thanks Kclab that would be fun. My friend lives over your way too. I usually bowl at Bell Rd recreation center of course the deployment blew that out of the water and since I am in a league I will have to pay for it anyway. : P You are very supportive and I really appreciate that.
