Hiii! did not weigh in yesterday as stuck at work for 30 hours non-stop with a very tight deadline. Managed 3 hours of sleep straight after, went for Pilates class, a 30 min easy swim, steam bath and sauna for 20 min each...it was lovely just relaxing as a zombie would :) the Pilates class helped stretch my back and glutes...non stop working sitting in front of a monitor and keyboard made my eyes go very red... i think i looked like one of those World War Z zombies! Well didn't reach my goal weight of 58 kilos by Friday but i still smiled cos tape measure showed a drop of 2cm from the tummy circumference and 2% drop on fat percentage! yeah, something to celebrate tonight so going rockin again to the club I went last week! I tell you I lost 1 kg next day just dancing the night to this rock band so I am hoping to have a repeat this week! don't ask about the tequila shots eh.... it's my reward for working so hard this week (sedentary)!
130.7 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
