Good Morning, I am hoping for another beautiful day although I will be in the office with no windows. I will know the sun is shinning. I have finally ordered my pedometer so I can measure how much I am walking. It is time for some sort of exercise and I have chosen walking as I enjoy it. I am alone this week as my daughter and her husband are on vacation. This is a test of my not munching all the time and keeping myself busy. Not to worried about that, but it is in the back of my mind. Well you all have a successful day today and I hope you have sunshine to enjoy.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Mom!!! Wow ... 207.6!!! You'll be caught up with me in no time at all!!! I'm glad you are ready to incorporate some exercise into your journey ... good deal!! It is strange not to weigh myself and not to write down everything I eat. I am very conscious about what I am choosing and have made good choice I think. I worked out this morning, 30 minute on the elliptical and then another 30 on the treadmill. Then Bob and I took a walk on the beach. It is overcast here but it is sooooo nice still!!! So, I'm not stressed out ... I am very relaxed and more capable of making good choices than I thought. So ... you keep up the good work!! Remind me when I get home and weigh not to FREAK out!!! LOL!!
