The rate at which I am losing is a tad misleading. When I began I was not weighing in at a set time, sometimes clothes on, sometimes clothes off. Since I have started weiging in the mornings, al fresco (is thst the word for naked??) I am still consistenly losing, but I would put it at closerr to 3 lbs a week! yes, Ill take it!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 March 2011:
1309 kcal Fat: 46.78g | Prot: 99.60g | Carb: 143.11g.   Breakfast: banana, salsa, oscar mayer turkey bacon, kraft non fat shredded cheddar, la tortilla factory lo carb tortilla, egg beaters. Lunch: fresh express ceasar lite, BEST LIFE FLAT OUT FLAT BREAD, alpine lace, TURKEY BREAST THIN SLICED, YELLOW MUSTARD, THIN SLICED HAM, FRESH EXPRESS CEASAR LIGHT KIT. Dinner: smart balance, kraft fat free cheddar, thomas's whole grain wnglish muffin, chunky sirloin burger. more...

The birthday suit weighing is definately the way to go first thing when you wake up and after go to Bathroom. That is the lightest you usually are in the day. 3 lbs a week is great.

I read somewhere that you weight can fluctuate 2-5 pounds all throughout the day for a number of reasons so I always do mine at the same time every day! I weigh in every morning, right after my workout and shower, and no clothes - I want to see some good numbers LOL!!

Ya it is best to weigh in first thing in the morning after the bathroom because the scale will reflect closer to your actual body weight.
