I was so sure my weight was gonna be back up over 280 that I was stalling my weigh in, hiding under the covers in bed haha however I was pleasantly surprised to have dropped AGAIN :) It feels so fantastic to be making such great progress, I wish I could have done this when I was 15!

Woke up to some terrible weather today, so no outdoor activities, however I shall be playing the wii fit for an hour or two later, get in some exercise.

I'm not sure what it was actually, I could never commit to just doing it, wish I had though...save myself nine years of unhappiness.

If you are eating the right foods and exercising, then your mind should be clear. The body's weight fluctuates from day to day. So if you are doing everything correctly, the day will come when a loss will be shown. You have to have WILL POWER, PATIENCE, AND DETERMINATION to succeed. Love yourself!

Thank you, its coming off quite easy now, i'm dreading the day when I hit a plateau for months like some people on here. However for now I am delighted with my progress. Thank you everyone for the comments and support :)
