Not entirely sure what the 178.8 was all about, must've been dehydrated or something.

Yoga X this morning wasn't too bad, my hips are really tight and I struggle with many of the poses but overall I feel pretty good.

Going to treat myself to McDonald's breakfast this morning, haven't had that in months.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
