I am going to check in every day and record weight and food consumed. There is no other way to go with this but to face reality. I thought my Bff would be on this journey with me but this morning she was not that encouraging. Just going to have to do it alone.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Sometimes others just arent in the same place as us. This too shall pass.

The first few days are tough when you are breaking the addiction. I started in January 2013 and weighed 201. Today I am at 128. I found having some low carb snacks between meals the first week helped. Celery basically is a negative calorie food ...I found a low fat low carb Greek yogurt cream cheese and enjoyed a heart healthy snack for the tough times. Keep the faith, this eating plan WORKS!
