Good Friday Morning. I am excited as I have a Miniature Show this weekend. I do have the opportunity to eat out and control what I put in my mouth. It is still a challenge to make those choices but they are getting easier. My weight is down today and that is a good thing. It is time to start exercising to step up the metabolism. Have a great weekend.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
