I am learning to eat the Atkins way, low carbs, higher fat content and lose weight in the process. I am going to do my very best to succeed in this like I never have before. I have usually given up on a diet before losing all the weight I wanted to lose, but his time, I am going to go to the very end. I am tired of feeling tired all the time, I am tired of feeling sore and hurting all the time. so this is my first day on Atkins and I am going to work hard to succeed here where I failed before. I used to think of my eating as a diet, I now think of it as a life long commitment for me to survive in this world without getting old.
