Happy today! Reporting my stats after 1 month so:

Tanita numbers:

Weight:Was 61.7kg today 59.1kg target 50kg
Fat: was 25.7% today 31.9% target under 20%
water: was 51.6% today 46.8% target 55%
muscle mass 43.6kg today 38.2kg
Visc fat was 6 today 5
Bone mass was 2.3kg today 2.1kg
Metabolic age was 27 today 39
This was just after coming from Rio and from the water numbers i had water retention from travelling back on 5th Feb.

Tape measure

Waist was 68cm today 66cm target 59cm
Hip was 96cm today 96 cm no change target 91 cm
Chest was 84cm today 81cm
Wrist was 15cm today 15cm no change
Forearm was 27cm today 27cm no change
Tummy at largest point was 83cm today 82cm
Shoulder circumference was 97cm today 96cm target achieved

Well it so happens I lost more cms on the chest than anywhere else! Wish 3cm would vanish from the waist or the hips!
130.3 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
