Good Morning All. Just finished my breakfast for champions breakfast...1 piece of Land O' Lakes cheese with a smear of peanut butter. Also had 1 slice crisp bacon and 4 cups of coffee. This will hold me over until lunch which will be a large Taco Salad, chips on the side which puts me in control of eating them or not. I control my food now, it Can NOT control me! Dinner consist of usual afternoon cocktail beers, grilled chicken and sugar free jello with Reddi Whip topping. Works for me and is plenty of food. Another cold front is here so all of you stay safe and warm.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
