My husband bought me chocolate for Mothers day. So of course I had to eat 350 cal of it yesterday. So there's a pound back. plus its been scorching hot and getting up my hill hasn't happened. Yikes, I need a Summer plan.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dark chocolate - lower in fat, contains antioxidants - always a plus, and boosts the morale. You have earned a few treats, this is a long term project. Now get your butt out of bed and take Goldie for an early morning walk!! -k
