I won't even get into all the craziness of this week but I can say I am not surprised about the gain. I still consider last night a win since I got a brownie dessert after dinner last night but only ate like 1/3 of it. Instead of forcing the rest down even though I was full I just left it. I didn't even bring it home! Also, still no soda. I need to try to get to just water and no Raspberry tea but at least it is still better than soda :) Now I have my birthday coming in 12 days...wish me luck on not overindulging on too many goodies.
242.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
