DAMN TOM. I follow the plan 100% (even on the weekends) and am gaining weight.

Hopefully, I'll show a several pound loss once the TOM is over. . .
265.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 105.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
