Woo Hoo....Back below 200 pounds again! I think I'll try to keep with this plan for a while and see if I can continue this downward trend. I'd really like to stay in the 190's through the end of the Season.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 131.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
