Don't give up.you can do it. Be patient with your body. Things will start happening. Remember sometimes the scale doesnt reflect inches we lose. You may wake up tomorrow and notice your clothes fitting looser even though the scale may not show it. Good luck! And have faith!

I agree with Scarlet9900! =) Give your body time to adjust to your new lifestyle. The way my clothes fit definitely makes me feel better than what the scales are showing. Keep pushing! =)

Thanks ZivaDavid! I'll give it time and learn patience. I AM into a pair of jeans I couldn't even ZIP a year ago! So, I know there are lost inches. Thanks for your support. :)

I just ask myself "how long did it take me to put on my weight?" So why should I expect it to just fall off in half the time? Patience and determination are key. Don't pay any attention to the scale - just use a favorite pair of jeans to do your measuring. Don't forget - muscle weighs more than fat. :)
