Had a good week of P90X, going to treat myself to some McD's breakfast. Mmmm....

EDIT: Nevermind, forgoing McD's breakfast in favor of light beer this evening :)
180.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
