Still floating around the same weight. No big deal I guess, just gotta keep at it. I've been trying to increase my water intake and decrease my caffeine intake, so that might have something to do with it.

Yoga X was absolute murder this morning, my shoulders and elbows are sore from the weight training earlier this week. On the upside, I managed to stick with the moving portion 100% today, but man did it hurt.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
