Not quite sure why there is a jump in weight. I was spot on this past week, actually having a greater caloric deficit vs. calories burned. The only thing I can think of is the added weight training? Muscle mass weighs more than fat. I'm not super concerned about it. One thing I am going to do is only take my coconut oil in the PM just before bed. not sure if it was coincidence or not but saw some significant changes the following mornings after I took to C.O. Also I am one week into the Test booster. This may have something to do with the gain. We'll see.
one thing I do know I will be enjoying some dark chocolate & red wine this weekend for Valentine's Day!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
