Weight is kinda hanging around the same spot. Might be plateauing just a little but, just gotta push through it.
Did Back & Biceps this morning on my P90X routine and wow, I never knew I could do so many curls. On the flipside, I can barely lift my arms now. I'm sure I'll be feeling that tomorrow.
I've been thinking of dropping my target weight to 165, but not sure just yet. Need to do some calculations.
