This time of the month always makes me feel fat with all the bloating and such- but I am finally moving back down the scale! I have been sticking to the vegan diet mostly, and worked out for at least 30min everyday since Sunday :) Hopefully I can keep the momentum going!
136.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

The longer you keep it up and the more you focus on nutrient dense foods the better the habit will be and the less demands for food your body will make because of the adequate nourishment. I hope to keep up my daily exercise too!
