Numbers go up, numbers go down but if I'm going to stick with this I have to keep in mind this is a lifestyle. There's an ultimate goal so if I go up for a few days, no big deal, we'll get back down. Cheat days are healthy for mind, morale and body. Happy Independence Day yall
